He oversees multi-site project execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, safety compliance, and effective coordination with stakeholders to achieve reliable project outcomes and client satisfaction.
Mr. Pradeep Kumar Shivhare
A graduate with extensive experience in organizational administration, overseeing internal controls and corporate governance. He is responsible for administration, finance coordination, compliance, and structured processes, ensuring smooth operations and effective resource management across projects and corporate functions.
Mr. Abhisheek Shivhare
A graduate Civil Engineer (B.E.) with over 6 years of experience in civil construction works. He oversees site operations and manpower management, ensuring effective deployment of resources, smooth site coordination, and disciplined execution across projects.
Mr Prabal Pratap Shivhare
He is a 26-year-old second-generation leader., having joined the family business in February 2025. He holds an MBA in Family Business Management from NICMAR, a premier institute for construction and infrastructure education. Currently, he oversees site execution and project operations, ensuring quality-driven and timely project delivery.
