A K Shivhare and Company a partnership firm formed on 01.04.2001 has changed its status from partnership to Private Limited Company on 27-05-2011 by passing a resolution on 15th May 2011to register under the provisions of part IX of the Companies Act 1956.

Prior to each contract starting a Safe Work Method Statement is written, a Job Safety Analysis is carried out and regular tool box meetings are conducted to ensure each person working on the site is aware of changing hazards as the job progresses.
