A K Shivhare and Company a partnership firm formed on 01.04.2001 has changed its status from partnership to Private Limited Company on 27-05-2011 by passing a resolution on 15th May 2011 to register under the provisions of part IX of the Companies Act 1956.

Our company has sufficient Manpower Resources in the field of Engineering & Administration. For the execution of all types of work, we have ample Manpower. We are increasing the manpower as per the site requirement from time to time. We has the talented work force of about 300 people who hold a good work experience in the field of Construction. We have about 5-8 different projects which are various stages of completion.

AK SHIVHARE INFRASTRUCTURE PVT LTD (AKSIPL) is empanelled with a MADHYA PRADESH State Govt. agencies for providing Construction of Highways, Bridges, Buildings Structure Construction, Detailed Structural Design precision surveys, for Civil projects and civil Construction Work Services to Private and Public Sector’s clients in India such as National Highways/State Highways/Major District Roads (MDR)/ Rural Roads & bridges Buildings etc. and Urban Infrastructures Development projects.
Our Staff
AKSIPL has a staff of 300 permanent staff, 20 technical staff and 11 administrative staff having an experience of 2 years to 15 years in the various field of experience. The permanent staff comprises of highly qualified personnel with specialisation in the field of environmental engineering, private finance for new infrastructure and commercial development.
The Firm also has Highways, transportation and traffic engineering, bridge engineering, on its rolls, a large number of advisors and experts in specific disciplines who can be utilities on ‘Job-to-Job’ basis. The Company has the assured availability of staff on retainer ship basis that has been associated in a wide range of highway projects for specific requirements.
