Senior Finance Manager

Qualification
Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
Additional qualifications in finance, taxation, or corporate law will be an added advantage

Role Overview
The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for end-to-end financial management of the company, including accounting, taxation, compliance, banking, financial policies, and strategic financial planning. The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and hands-on experience in managing complex financial operations in a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reporting
Oversee complete finance and accounts function of the company
Finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
MIS preparation for management and project-wise financial reporting
Taxation & Compliance
End-to-end handling of GST, including returns, reconciliations, assessments, and audits
Direct tax compliance including TDS, advance tax, income tax returns, and assessments
Ensuring compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and legal requirements
Banking & Fund Management
Managing banking relationships, limits, and facilities (CC, BG, LC, term loans, etc.)
Handling bank guarantees, performance securities, and financial instruments
Cash flow management and working capital planning
Coordination with banks for renewals, enhancements, and documentation
Policies & Internal Controls
Drafting, implementing, and monitoring financial policies and SOPs
Strengthening internal controls and risk management frameworks
Ensuring adherence to company financial policies across departments
Audit & Coordination
Liaison with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax auditors, and consultants
Handling audits, assessments, and providing necessary clarifications
Supporting management during due diligence and financial reviews
Team Leadership & Coordination
Leading and mentoring the finance and accounts team
Coordination with project sites, procurement, HR, and head office teams
Ensuring timely and accurate financial data flow from sites
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, GST, and Indian tax laws
Hands-on experience in banking, fund management, and compliance
Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
Preferred Experience
Experience in infrastructure, roads, bridges, or large construction projects
Exposure to project-based accounting and contract financial management
Experience in dealing with government departments and PSU projects will be an added advantage

Experience
2–5 Years experience in diesel management, store, or plant operations
Experience in construction / infrastructure projects preferred
Key Responsibilities
Monitoring and recording daily diesel consumption at all project sites
Maintaining diesel inward, outward & balance records
Coordinating diesel supply to sites as per approved requirements
Verifying fuel issues to machinery, vehicles & DG sets
Maintaining logbooks, issue slips & reconciliation statements
Preventing fuel loss, leakage, or misuse through proper checks
Coordination with site engineers, plant operators & HO accounts
Preparing daily / weekly / monthly diesel consumption MIS
Supporting audits and internal checks related to fuel usage
Required Skills
Strong record-keeping & documentation discipline
Basic knowledge of Excel & reporting
Understanding of construction machinery fuel usage
Ability to coordinate across multiple sites
Honest, alert & responsible approach to inventory control
Preferred Profile
Experience handling bulk diesel tanks & fuel pumps

Purchase Manager / Purchase Assistant

Qualification
Any Graduate (B.Com / BBA Preferred)
Experience
Minimum 5 Years (Construction / Infrastructure Industry Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
Handling procurement of construction materials such as steel, cement, aggregates, sand, and other civil materials
Vendor identification, evaluation, and finalization
Rate negotiation and preparation of comparative statements
Issuing Purchase Orders (PO) and maintaining purchase documentation
Coordinating with site engineers and project managers for material planning
Ensuring timely delivery of materials to project sites
Monitoring stock levels and preventing material shortages
Controlling purchase costs and ensuring procurement within budget
Coordinating with accounts department for invoice verification and payment processing
Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly purchase reports & MIS
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of construction materials (steel, cement, aggregates, etc.)
Vendor negotiation and cost finalization skills
Proficiency in MS Excel (comparative sheets & analysis)
Understanding of purchase procedures and documentation
Ability to manage multiple suppliers and follow-ups
Strong coordination and communication skills
Cost-conscious and detail-oriented approach

Experience in road, bridge, or infrastructure projects
Knowledge of GST and billing procedures
